Invalid Mailing Addresses
If one submits an invalid mailing address when ordering, we are not liable to cover any additional charges that may apply when the package is returned. One will have to pay an additional shipping cost in order to have it sent to the correct mailing address.

In any event that a package is delivered to the wrong address (submitted by the customer) and the package isn’t returned, we are not liable to send out free additional products. One must make a new purchase with the correct mailing address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the tracking number of one’s package is marked as delivered in the zip code of its destination, we are not responsible for the package if it’s lost or stolen.

International Orders
Due to unpredictable and high shipping costs, we no longer accept orders outside the United States.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Items must be returned in the condition they were in when they were received in its original packaging.

Refund
Items must be received within 30 days of purchase in order for a full refund or exchange. If any of the products have been used in any way after receiving, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

If an unused item isn’t returned, one cannot be issued a full refund.

Damaged Items
One is entitled a full refund or replacement for items that are damaged upon arrival, if proof of damage is shown.

If item was purchased by mistake due to not reading the full description, or if added to order by accident, customer must pay for postage for a refund. Once received, customer will get a refund minus the cost of shipping when order was initially placed.
